Frequently Asked Questions
What will an immigration evaluation do for my case?
An immigration evaluation can help to strengthen your USCIS application and provide a face to the individual applying for assistance. An immigration evaluation can increase the success rate of a case by more than 89%.
How do immigration evaluations work?
I will work with your attorney to clearly understand your case. We will meet for two one-hour sessions so that I can provide you with a thorough mental health evaluation of your situation. Before the meeting, I will have you complete some questionnaires exploring your emotional functioning. I will send you a list of questions ahead of the evaluation, to help you prepare for what items will be discussed.
Do you provide expedited immigration evaluations?
I provide expedited evaluations with a completion time of two weeks. I charge an additional fee for expedited evaluations. These evaluations cost $1050 instead of the normal $950 evaluation fee. Please reach out to determine if there are any pro bono immigration evaluation openings available.
